Finding the right counsellor can be an intimidating process. Kudos on taking that first step!

My approach is built on a foundation of connection and providing a safe, non-judgmental space. I aim to empower my clients while providing them with the necessary tools to overcome adversity, manage difficult life transitions, and improve wellbeing. I will work with you to create and work towards therapeutic goals that align with your core values, beliefs, and identity. Part of creating and reaching therapeutic goals includes helping you to recognize and harness the strengths and abilities that you bring to session!

I use an integrative and person-centered approach to therapy. I believe that counselling looks different for everyone, so I base my therapeutic modalities on the needs of each unique client. Some of the modalities I utilize are cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialetical-behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, and solution focused therapy. My practice is guided by trauma-informed, social justice-informed, culturally sensitive, and feminist perspectives.
Regardless of the reason you are seeking therapy, I am willing to listen, support, and help you on your healing journey.
