Beginning therapy can be challenging! It takes courage to put yourself out there and begin to talk about “you”. Many of us received messages growing up that we are not supposed to share with others what is bothering us, but that is simply not true. Experiencing struggles within life is part of the human experience, and we all deserve non-judgmental support. Whatever you may be experiencing, there has never been a better time to receive the support you deserve to feel better within your life.

I believe that each person is unique. I therefore use a multi-faceted approach that utilizes solution-focused, narrative, and strength-based forms of therapy to help you understand who you are, where you come from, and where you want to go within your journey of life.
